Topic(s):	This is a four hour video-taped program, required by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, for all attorneys admitted after May 2002. It was produced by the PA CLE Board and contains five segments by experts in the field, with an introduction by Chief Justice Cappy; and, 1.) Overview of the Supreme Court and the Disciplinary Board; 2.) Communications with clients; 3.) Fiduciary requirements for Pennsylvania Lawyers; 4.) Managing your practice properly; and 5.) Outreach programs for Pennsylvania lawyers. This program is being provided by the Montgomery Bar Association, at a $20.00 charge to young lawyers for filling this requirement. The program is also open to other lawyers who have an interest in attending at a tuition of $132.00 for the four (ethics) credit program.
